I found a few things disappointing . The procedure for restaurant bookings seemed needlessly complex. I could not book or cancel online, and getting assistance from guest services proved difficult, since they often did not answer the phone. Securing reservations required advance planning, not always convenient, and the lack of responsiveness made it a bit frustrating.
