the room was spacious and well-appointed. a good supply of amenities was available. outside , the pool area was very nice and efficient.

the resort is vast , and it's often difficult finding your way to things.

amazing family holiday!

kids facilities luxury apartments fine gardens

i had such a great family holiday! the resort's amenities were super, especially the kids' facilities. we had a blast at the spa , and the apartments felt very luxurious. the gardens were fine , so beautiful!

the facility fee was presented upon checkout , which wasn't totally expected , but still a great visit overall.

the breakfast buffet included a fresh orange juice station and a pastry selection. corda café offered locally sourced food and pleasant staff , the dining was very enjoyable. restaurant staff are very friendly.

the staff at the restaurants were always attentive and accommodating , offering quick service. housekeeping was excellent, and staff were friendly, they ensured our spacious room was always super clean, with luxury linens. the concierge was very helpful.

difficult assistance unanswered phone

I found a few things disappointing . The procedure for restaurant bookings seemed needlessly complex. I could not book or cancel online, and getting assistance from guest services proved difficult, since they often did not answer the phone. Securing reservations required advance planning, not always convenient, and the lack of responsiveness made it a bit frustrating.
